Condo Board Slapped With $40M Suit Over Verizon Antennas

Law360, Los Angeles (March 28, 2013, 3:15 PM EDT) -- Condominium residents hit the building’s management board with a $40 million lawsuit in New York state court Tuesday, claiming the board plans to sign a lease allowing Verizon Wireless to install 19 towers and antennas that could cause severe health and financial damages to residents.
