Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 9:34 PM EDT) -- A recent New York state appeals court ruling that allowed a Miami Beach hotel owner to terminate its management agreement with a Marriott International Inc. affiliate gives other owners a new way to override contract provisions with hotel operators when the relationships turn ugly, experts say.
