Google Gets Android User Data MDL Whittled Down

Law360, Chicago (March 28, 2013, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge dismissed some claims Tuesday from multidistrict litigation accusing Google Inc. of collecting and sharing user data without consent through its Android mobile operating system and app store, saying the plaintiffs failed to properly allege certain injuries but can try to replead those claims.
