Ford Hit With Acceleration Defect Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (March 28, 2013, 9:44 PM EDT) -- A group of purchasers hit Ford Motor Co. with a putative class action Thursday in West Virginia federal court in connection with alleged defects in Ford’s vehicles that cause unintended acceleration, echoing a similar issue that has been heavily litigated against Toyota Motor Corp.
