Ex-AK Steel Workers Entitled To Benefits, 6th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 3:43 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit ruled Thursday that AK Steel Corp.'s pension plan must pay benefits to a class of laid-off workers, rejecting the company's argument that the workers had signed away their rights in severance agreements.
