NYC Sick Pay Deal Takes Litigation Blitz Off The Table

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 7:07 PM EDT) -- New York City employers who oppose legislation requiring them to provide paid sick leave might not be fully satisfied by a compromise that would force employees to exhaust administrative remedies before filing suit, but the deal will protect them from predatory litigation, industry lawyers said Friday.
