Judge Deals Rare Class Denial In Sanofi FLSA Suit

Law360 (December 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a rare denial during the early stages of a federal wage-and-hour collective action, a New Jersey district court judge has refused to certify a class of thousands of Sanofi-Aventis pharmaceutical sales representatives who were allegedly denied unpaid overtime wages.
