Lakers Weren't Framed In TCPA Class Action, Fan Says

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 9:25 PM EDT) -- A ticket holder who launched a putative class action accusing the Los Angeles Lakers of sending him unsolicited text messages on Thursday shot back at the team's contention that he conspired with his attorneys to frame the franchise, saying that he consulted with counsel only after receiving the messages.
