Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 3:57 PM EDT) -- A group of retired National Football League players on Friday attempted to mend a split in their ranks over a proposed $42 million settlement of a publicity rights class action against the league, trumpeting a licensing partnership with the NFL and “common good” fund that they say will be a boon to class members.
