NY Hospital's Closure Delayed Again After 2nd SUNY Vote

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 7:00 PM EDT) -- The controversial closure of Brooklyn's struggling Long Island College Hospital was delayed again Monday when a New York state judge issued a temporary restraining order asking the hospital's owner once again to show cause for why it shouldn't be saved.
