Fed-Up Judge Blasts Fee Dispute In $16M Lockheed FCA Suit

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 6:28 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Sunday castigated Lockheed Martin Corp. and two whistleblowers for bickering over attorneys' fees more than a year after the defense contractor settled a False Claims Act suit for $15.8 million, warning the parties "not to test the court's patience" with additional motions.
