4th Circ. Uses Concepcion To Flip Wage Suit Arbitration Ruling

Law360, San Francisco (April 1, 2013, 8:06 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Monday reversed a Maryland federal court's ruling in a compensation case between Shuttle Express Inc. and a former driver, finding that the U.S. Supreme Court’s Concepcion ruling barred the district court from refusing to compel arbitration after the judge found the company's class action arbitration waiver unconscionable.
