EchoStar Can't Reverse Judgment For Disney In HD Fee Case

Law360, New York (April 2, 2013, 9:06 PM EDT) -- A New York appeals court on Thursday refused to reverse a jury's finding that television networks owned by The Walt Disney Co. properly collected $56 million in fees for high-definition versions of their broadcasts under licensing contracts with EchoStar Satellite LLC.
