Concepcion Looms Large In Calif. High Court Wages Case

Law360, Los Angeles (April 3, 2013, 5:35 PM EDT) -- An ex-car dealership worker Wednesday urged the California Supreme Court to allow a state labor commission to hear his claim for unpaid vacation time, saying the U.S. Supreme Court's 2011 decision in AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion, which favored arbitration in civil disputes, shouldn't foreclose his state remedies.
