DirecTV Service Technicians Sue MasTec Over Unpaid Fees

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 3:08 PM EDT) -- Infrastructure engineering and construction giant MasTec Inc. was hit with a putative class action in Pennsylvania federal court Tuesday alleging that, in breach of contract, it failed to pay DirecTV service technicians fees owed for satellite TV or Internet service and equipment installations.

Plaintiff Michael T.
