Honda Beats TCPA Class Action With Felon At The Wheel

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 5:28 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge last week tossed a proposed Telephone Consumer Protection Act class action against Honda Finance Corp. and First Credit Services Inc., ruling that the plaintiff, a felon, was not a good class representative and the class was too broadly defined.
