Wells Fargo Borrowers Seek Class Cert. In Home Loan Suit

Law360, San Francisco (April 4, 2013, 6:14 PM EDT) -- A couple who claims Wells Fargo practiced illegal age discrimination by ignoring their retirement savings when they applied to refinance their home loan urged a California federal judge Thursday to certify a class of other borrowers under age 59 1/2 years old who faced a similar process.
