NJ Appeals Court Reverses $7.7M Port Authority Injury Verdict

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 8:27 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Thursday overturned a $7.7 million personal injury verdict against the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey over a woman's fall at a train station, saying the trial judge erred by instructing jurors to apply a higher standard of care to the Port Authority than was warranted.
