Comcast Kills Class Cert. In Overcharge Case, Title Co. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (April 4, 2013, 8:09 PM EDT) -- A First American Title Insurance Co. subsidiary urged a Washington federal judge Thursday to decertify three conditional classes whose members were allegedly overcharged for real estate transaction fees, saying the classes can't stand in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's Comcast decision.
