Croman Rips Chopper Contract Cancellation In Fed. Circ.

Law360, Washington (April 5, 2013, 8:35 PM EDT) -- Croman Corp. urged the Federal Circuit on Friday to force the U.S. Forest Service to reopen its bid for a contract to provide helicopters to fight forest fires, arguing that the agency's analysis process and indecisiveness improperly prevented Croman from securing the $130 million contract.
