Rutgers Faults Law Firm For Basketball Coach Scandal

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 5:43 PM EDT) -- Rutgers University will appoint an independent adviser to review how it investigated allegations that men’s basketball coach Mike Rice physically and verbally abused student athletes, university officials said Monday, partly blaming outside counsel Connell Foley LLP for advice that led to Rice staying on staff.
