Law360, Los Angeles (April 5, 2013, 7:50 PM EDT) -- A former Rutgers University employee who blew the whistle on abusive behavior by its basketball coach sued the school in New Jersey state court Friday, claiming it violated state employee protection laws and his employment contract when it fired him for making his complaints.
