Penthouse Club Strippers Score $8M Wage Settlement

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 3:13 PM EDT) -- Exotic dancers who had filed a wage-and-hour class action against the Penthouse Executive Club in Manhattan sought preliminary approval Friday for an $8 million settlement with the adult-entertainment club, which they had accused of misclassifying them as independent contractors to deny them employee rights.
