San Fran Blasts Enviros' $1.3M Fee Bid In Golf Course Case

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 2:41 PM EDT) -- San Francisco on Friday called a request for $1.3 million in attorneys' fees by a coalition of environmental groups "excessive" and said it reflects "inefficient" legal counsel, noting the coalition lost their lawsuit that alleged the city and county harmed frogs and snakes at a public golf course.
