High Court Urged Not To Raise Bar For Retaliation Claims

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 6:26 PM EDT) -- A doctor who claims a Texas hospital retaliated against him for complaints of racial discrimination urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday to reject his former employer's contention that a mixed-motive framework cannot apply in Title VII retaliation cases.
