Tax Firm Can't Appeal Fight Over $8M Building Seizure

Law360, Houston (April 9, 2013, 8:04 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday rejected efforts by property tax consulting firm Patrick O’Connor & Associates LP to justify its seizure of a former client’s $8 million building following a billing dispute, ruling a trial court must first enter a final order in the case.
