Ravens Logo Appeal Threatens Filmmaker Rights, MPAA Says

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 8:09 PM EDT) -- The Motion Picture Association of America Inc. urged the Fourth Circuit Monday to affirm a win for NFL Enterprises LLC and the Baltimore Ravens in a copyright fight over an early Ravens logo, arguing that reviving the case would undermine filmmakers' ability to accurately depict the world.
