Stallone Settles With Builder He Accused Of Shoddy Work

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 10:57 PM EDT) -- Actor Sylvester Stallone on Tuesday settled with a contractor he had accused of defrauding him of some $1.4 million by performing substandard construction work on his kitchen, after the builder separately accused Stallone of threatening violence.

An attorney for Stallone confirmed Tuesday that the deal, which came a day before trial was to start, resolves Stallone's April 2012 case against contractor Mohamed Hadid over allegedly shoddy renovation work at Stallone’s Los Angeles County home.
