Merck Can't Boot Witnesses From Bellwether Fosamax Trial

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 2:33 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday denied Merck & Co.'s bid to block the testimony of eight doctors in the first trial over femur fractures allegedly caused by its bone drug Fosamax, but said the plaintiff's treating physicians may not discuss general causation.
