Howard Stern Denied Bid To Revive $330M Sirius XM Suit

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 7:31 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court on Thursday affirmed the toss of a suit brought by radio shock jock Howard Stern and his agent that sought $330 million in stock awards they claimed were owed to them in the wake of the 2008 merger that created Sirius XM Radio Inc.

Stern and his representatives had argued that they were entitled to the equity bonus under the radio personality's contract that awarded performance incentives based on new subscribers to the satellite radio service.
