Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 9:54 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit ruled Friday that Fair Labor Standards Act collective action and state law class action claims were not inherently incompatible, reviving a lawsuit accusing Integrity Staffing Solutions Inc. of illegally failing to pay warehouse workers for time spent waiting to clear security checkpoints.
