Dodgers Try To Keep Mediation Docs From Former Owner's Ex

Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 8:34 PM EDT) -- The Los Angeles Dodgers asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge Friday to block the ex-wife of the baseball team's former owner, Frank McCourt, from getting her hands on documents used in a mediation, as she tries to build her case that her ex-husband lowballed the team's value by $1.7 billion.
