Ex-KFI Worker Recounts Trade Secret Theft In Hacking Trial

Law360, San Francisco (April 15, 2013, 3:52 PM EDT) -- Former Korn/Ferry International worker Becky Christian illegally used a KFI secretary's login to access the company's proprietary database and take trade secrets that helped ex-boyfriend and former KFI recruiter David Nosal launch a rival executive-search firm, Christian testified Monday in Nosal's trial on hacking, conspiracy and trade-secrets charges.
