Ex-Cop Rips NBC For Bid To Nix TV Show Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 6:31 PM EDT) -- A former New York City police officer who claims NBC Universal Inc. stole his idea for a military-themed reality show urged a California federal judge on Monday not to dismiss his case, saying the network was trying to preclude all reality TV from copyright protection.
