Doctors Hit DOD With Tricare Underpayment Class Action

Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 2:03 PM EDT) -- A pair of doctors hit the U.S. Department of Defense with a proposed class action in Washington federal court on Friday, accusing the agency of failing to implement a mandated 2010 Tricare reimbursement increase, stiffing thousands of doctors on Tricare payments.
