MTV 'True Life' Guest Let Address Be Shown, Producer Says

Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 2:24 PM EDT) -- A participant on MTV's show "True Life: I'm a Chubby Chaser" can't blame the television network for death threats after the network revealed his home address because he signed a location release, the production company's attorney told a New York state judge Tuesday.

"True Life" participant Tristan Watson claimed in a $2.5 million lawsuit that the show's production company Day Old Teeth Inc. and producer Michael Cahill falsely assured him that the address he shares with his cousin, fellow plaintiff Nadine Crosbie, would be blurred. But...
