Clinics Win Class Cert. In Coventry Workers' Comp Dispute

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 1:30 PM EDT) -- An Oregon federal judge on Tuesday granted class certification to a group of medical clinics over claims a unit of health plan operator Coventry Health Care Inc. had underpaid on workers' compensation reimbursement claims, ruling the potential class members were all subject to the same reimbursement procedure.
