Skadden Strengthens Push To Toss ERISA Suit

Law360 (January 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Renewing its push to kill a putative class action filed by two former employees who allege they were deprived of pension benefits, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP has charged that the plaintiffs have failed to effectively argue that some of the claims are not time-barred.
