Montgomery On Its Own In Hyundai Land Suits, Insurer Argues

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 6:11 PM EDT) -- Landmark American Insurance Co. on Wednesday asked an Alabama district court for a declaration that it does not have to defend or indemnify the Industrial Development Board of the City of Montgomery in two class actions regarding price guarantees for land given up for a Hyundai manufacturing site.
