Keep Honeywell, PPG Chromium Suit In Fed. Court: NJ Judge

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 2:38 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday said a class action targeting Honeywell International Inc. and PPG Industries Inc. for property damage and health risks resulting from chromium pollution in Jersey City, N.J. should remain in federal court because it meets federal jurisdiction requirements.
