Fox Tells Judge Dish's Streaming TV Threatens Industry

Law360, Los Angeles (April 19, 2013, 11:29 PM EDT) -- Allowing Dish Network LLC to continue retransmitting TV programs without a license to subscribers' computers and mobile phones through its Hopper device could “destabilize” the broadcasting industry, an attorney for Fox Broadcasting Co. said Friday, urging a California federal judge to shut the service down.
