Infocrossing Asks For Separate Trials In Sandata Suit

Law360 (January 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Technology outsourcing firm Infocrossing Inc. has asked a federal court to break up Sandata Technologies’ patent infringement case over health care worker monitoring systems into three separate jury trials.

Infocrossing argued Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York that trying to pack in all of Sandata’s claims into one trial would result in jury confusion due to the number of complex validity and enforceability issues that arise out of each of the three patents-in-suit.
