Office Space Giant Dodges RICO, False Ad Claims

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 2:59 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday tossed several claims including allegations of racketeering and false advertising from a proposed class action alleging Regus Management Group LLC failed to disclose certain fees when advertising office properties for rent.

Judge Samuel Conti granted, in part, Regus' motion to dismiss a slew of new claims lodged by Circle Click Media LLC in its second amended complaint over extra charges billed by Regus above a monthly rate for office workspace.
