$450M Pittsburgh Redevelopment Project Dodges Delay Bid

Law360, New York (April 25, 2013, 4:27 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Wednesday rejected a bid by Allegheny Valley Railroad Co. seeking to block part of a $450 million redevelopment in Pittsburgh’s lower Strip District, saying an injunction is not warranted because the project does not violate the sales agreement at issue.
