Avista Drops $253M On Wireless Components Co. Telular

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 1:38 PM EDT) -- Telular Corp., the maker of security system components, will go private in a $253 million sale to New York-based Avista Capital Partners that it said Monday will provide a chance to build on existing offerings to grab a bigger share of the market.
