Forest Labs Says 3rd $100M Sex Bias Complaint Still Flawed

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 3:38 PM EDT) -- Forest Laboratories Inc. urged a New York federal court to toss most of a $100 million putative class and collective action accusing the drugmaker of sweeping discrimination against female employees, arguing that the plaintiffs' most recent complaint made superficial changes to their claims without fixing fatal flaws.
