SportPharm Seeks Indemnity In Ex-USC Player's Pain Med Suit

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 4:34 PM EDT) -- Athletic medication provider SportPharm Pharmaceuticals Inc., accused by a former University of Southern California football player of supplying a painkiller to team doctors that gave him a heart attack, last week filed its own cross complaint seeking indemnity from co-defendants in the case.
