InterMedia Rebids For Outdoor Channel After Rival's FTC Nod

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 6:59 PM EDT) -- InterMedia Outdoors Holdings LLC on Tuesday proposed to buy Outdoor Channel Holdings Inc. for an estimated $236.5 million — a higher bid than sports mogul Stan Kroenke's proposed $226.9 million acquisition of Outdoor Channel, a deal that recently secured antitrust approval in the U.S.
