Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A New Orleans sports marketing firm told a federal judge on Tuesday that the New York Jets and a games developer hadn't shown that it abandoned its rights to the phrase "The Ultimate Fan," arguing that its trademark infringement suit over a Jets social media application should go to trial.
