Dish Seeks $4.8M In Fees In ESPN Licensing Row

Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 1:34 PM EDT) -- Dish Network LLC on Wednesday asked a New York judge to make ESPN Inc. cover $4.82 million in attorneys' fees after a jury awarded the satellite provider nearly the same amount at trial, finding the sports network breached a licensing agreement by offering Dish competitors a better deal to carry its Spanish language channel.
